Disguise is the technology that helps bring our virtual environments to life on the LED volume. Working alongside Unreal Engine and camera tracking, Disguise connects the digital world to the physical stage in real time, so environments can respond naturally as the camera moves.

Virtual production is especially well suited for projects that benefit from greater control over the environment. It gives filmmakers and creative teams the flexibility to build the setting around the story — whether that means recreating a real location or creating one that has never existed.

An LED volume is a large system of linked, high-resolution LED screens used in virtual production to display real-time 3D environments behind actors.

With an LED volume, instead of shooting against a traditional green screen and adding the world later, filmmakers can see and capture the environment on stage, including interactive lighting, reflections and perspective.

Our stage supports standard film and broadcast frame rates up to 60fps. To ensure seamless sync with the LED volume, cameras must feature genlock capability; a global shutter is also strongly recommended. If your camera lacks these features, we require a pre-production test with your specific body and sensor to verify compatibility. Projects requiring speeds above 60fps are supported but require additional rented hardware and sync infrastructure.

Digital environments created in Unreal Engine can be combined with practical sets, props, vehicles and other physical elements to build a seamless, photoreal environment right on our stage.

Virtual production is especially valuable when the filming location is expensive, unpredictable, or difficult to access. It can reduce travel, weather delays, permitting challenges and location shifts while giving filmmakers more control over lighting, time of day and the environment. Instead of moving an entire cast and crew from site to site, each location comes to the stage.

Absolutely. Our purpose-built LED volume can surround a vehicle with realistic roads, cities, highways and other environments while dynamic lighting and camera tracking help sell the movement — without the challenges of putting the production on a public road.

Our vehicle ramp and oversized garage door make it easy to bring production vehicles directly onto the stage.

An LED volume allows actors to easily envision the world they’re supposed to be in.

Instead of performing against a green screen and imagining the environment around them, actors can see the digital location, lighting and surrounding world while they perform. An LED volume can also create a more immersive experience for cast and crew — and give filmmakers more creative information while they shoot.

Sometimes. Virtual production doesn’t replace every green-screen or traditional VFX workflow, but it can dramatically reduce the need for them.

Because the environment appears directly on the LED volume, filmmakers can capture more of the finished visual in camera while reducing common green-screen challenges such as color spill and edge artifacts.

And when a project calls for both? Virtual production and traditional VFX can work together.

Yes. The fundamental virtual-production methodology and technology is the same as what has been used on groundbreaking productions such as The Mandalorian.

The idea is simple: you shouldn’t have to be in Los Angeles — or have a major-studio-sized budget — to be able to leverage the benefits of virtual production.

Yes. Our private green room gives talent and crew a comfortable place to relax, reset and prepare between takes. It can also accommodate hair, makeup, and wardrobe.

Our facility includes a kitchenette and serving area for craft services or catering, in-house tables, chairs and linens — plus catering available upon request. Our on-site food truck café can also be used for catering or extras holding.

Productions can also rent conference rooms, collaboration spaces, a living room, interview spaces and a climate-controlled covered patio with views of the downtown Oklahoma City skyline. With more than 4,000 sq. feet of rentable space available, One Set Studio provides ample production and event space in an inviting, modern facility.

We’re located in the heart of downtown Oklahoma City, in the historic Automobile Alley district.

One Set Studio is minutes from downtown hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues and major highways, making it easy for cast, crew, clients and production partners to get where they need to be.

One Set Studio meets Oklahoma Film + Music Office requirements for a certified soundstage. For qualifying productions, that designation may open the door to additional state film incentives.

Oklahoma’s film incentive currently provides a baseline of a 20% cash rebate on qualifying expenditures, with additional opportunities to reach a maximum of a 30% cash rebate. Uplifts vary but may include a 5% uplift if filmed at a certified soundstage such as One Set Studio.

Potentially. Productions may qualify for an additional 5%-10% cash rebate from Oklahoma City, a city incentive administered by the Oklahoma City Film & Creative Industries Office. Uplifts are based on productions meeting eligibility requirements of the program.

A purpose-built virtual production space, One Set Studio was designed from its inception to seamlessly support virtual production projects.

Our facility offers more than 4,000 square feet of rentable space and the studio includes a 40’ x 13’ LED wall, a 9.8’ x 9.8’ articulating LED ceiling and a 13’ x 16’ LED floor.

Absolutely. You can rent the studio space and bring your own crew and equipment or hire our team for production support, technical expertise and crew. We do require that our internal team operates the LED volume and virtual production workflows.

Yes. Production equipment can be added to your studio package. Our gear inventory is available online, and our team can help confirm availability and pricing for your project.

Yes. Clients must carry general liability insurance (at least $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 total) and auto liability insurance (at least $1,000,000), and name One Set Studio as an additional insured on the policy.

Either party may cancel with at least 14 days’ written notice. In that case, payment is due only for services and expenses incurred through the cancellation date. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice are subject to full payment.

Rescheduling requests made less than 14 days before the scheduled date may be treated as cancellations and are subject to full payment. Additional costs or delays resulting from client-requested changes, late approvals, missing materials, or other client-related circumstances will be billed separately.
